The LAB provides an “OPEN” training environment where our clients are given the opportunity to develop and improve their hitting skills through a technologically advanced and challenging hitting environment.

This environment has been programmed to accommodate high school level hitters and scales from entry level through college level competition.
The culmination of our practices end with “ON-FIELD” hitting practice at our Los Altos and Mountain View High School baseball facility.
We utilize “Top of the Line” computer controlled pitching machines which are programmed to place precisely thrown baseballs at various points in the strike zone. Speeds, locations, and types of pitches can then be programmed for set sequences, random sequences, and at its most complex level; “Game Day Competition”.

Most clients are satisfied with their existing hitting techniques and have spent considerable time and effort to perfect. And you need an environment to challenge and develop you.

Hitting Philosophy
Since 2013, Coach Rodriguez has taught these innovative hitting techniques. The LAB is a hitting program that can assure a player will significantly increase their power numbers. Our cutting edge hitting techniques have helped players at the Varsity level hit more home runs and doubles. In addition, the LAB has contributed to players attaining college scholarships to some of the top collegiate programs. Our hitting program gets you college ready. The difference between the LAB hitting program and any other program is that we use the E-Hack attack pitching machine which is used by all Major League baseball teams and the top collegiate programs. What makes this pitching so valuable is that you can duplicate any pitch you want at any speed or location. It can throw fastballs, curve balls, change ups and even sliders from either side. You can program it to throw it as a single pitch or as a sequence with as many different pitches as you want. What the machine does in addition with the hitting techniques is that it gets comfortable and game ready.
